After having worked in the manufacturing trades for several years, Richard Oliver opened RG&M in his garage during 1968. Since that time, many machine shops have come and gone, as our economy has transitioned. But Richard's has flourished as marked by the numerous expansions it has undertaken.
Debbie Oliver Luber, Richard's daughter, and now the firm's vice president attribute's her company's ongoing profitability to the fact it has considerable expertise in its field. However, realizing that its past success might not necessarily secure its future, Richard's has taken many steps to ensure its continued survival.
